Q. What is Macon Burger Week?

A. #MaconBurgerWeek, presented by the Georgia Beef Board, is an exciting annual event that celebrates the love of beef burgers in the beautiful city of Macon, Georgia. During this week, participating restaurants and eateries offer special, mouthwatering burger creations for just $10, allowing burger enthusiasts to explore a variety of flavors and styles.

A. The dates for Macon Burger Week 2024 will be announced soon.

Q. How do I participate in Macon Burger Week?

A. To participate in Macon Burger Week, simply visit the participating restaurants throughout the week. You can order their special burger creations, which will be available during #MaconBurgerWeek, at the $10 discounted price for that week only. No registration or tickets are required.

Q: Wait. HOW MUCH ARE THE #MaconBurgerWeek BURGERS?!

A: ONLY TEN DOLLARS! Remember, all burgers are offered a la carte, so sides and drinks  are extra. Many restaurants and eateries will be offering yummy specials alongside their #MaconBurgerWeek creation which you should definitely take advantage of.   

Q. Can I get these special burger deals for takeout or delivery?

A. Yes and no. Only some of the participating restaurants offer their Macon Burger Week special for takeout or delivery. Be sure to check with the restaurant's specific policies and options when ordering. 

Q. Do I need a reservation to dine during Macon Burger Week?

A. It's a good idea to check with the individual restaurants for their reservation policies. Some restaurants may be busier than usual during Macon Burger Week, so making a reservation in advance may be a good idea to ensure you get a table. 

Q: Is there a prize for eating the most burgers?

A: The passport is your guide to #MaconBurgerWeek participating restaurants and a great way to document your culinary adventures throughout #MaconBurgerWeek. You can download and print one from this website or pick one up at a participating restaurant. Each restaurant has an OFFICIAL #MaconBurgerWeek stamp that you will get stamped on your passport every time you order a $10 Burger. At the end of Macon Burger Week, if you have five (5) stamps or more, be sure to send in your stamped passport to be entered to win some super cool prizes from the Georgia Beef Board!

A: Join in on the the online conversation! Just search #MaconBurgerWeek on Facebook and Instagram and share your story and see burgers from around the city! 

Q: Will there be a winner of #MaconBurgerWeek Burger crowned?

A: YES- there will be! There are three opportunities for restaurants to win top honors! Cast your vote online for your favorite #MaconBurgerWeek burger to crown the People's Choice Champion. The winning location will win a super cool banner to hang on their wall and perhaps most importantly: Burger Bragging Rights till Macon Burger Week 2024. So, get those votes in by November 20th! 

The other two award opportunities restaurants will be competing for are:

• The Cleverly Created Award - This award will go to the restaurant with the most creative/unique entry as judged by a representative from the people who raise the beef we eat!
• The Most Beef Sales Award - This award will go to the restaurant who sells the most beef by the pound because #Beef.It'sWhat'sForDinner!
